Working Together

I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches and tools, tailoring my work to the individual needs of each client. No two people arrive in therapy with the same history, nervous system, relationships, or ways of coping, so I do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Instead, I work collaboratively, adapting how we work together over time so that therapy remains responsive, relevant, and grounded in what you need at each stage of your journey.

My work is informed by a biopsychosocial perspective, which means I look at the whole person rather than focusing on a single issue in isolation. This involves considering how physical health and biology, emotional and psychological wellbeing, and social experiences such as relationships, culture, work, and life circumstances all interact with one another. These elements are deeply interconnected, and difficulties in one area often have a powerful impact on the others.

By exploring these areas together, we can build a fuller picture of your life and better understand what you are bringing to therapy. This deeper understanding helps make sense of patterns, symptoms, and challenges, and creates space for meaningful change. Therapy then becomes not just a place to talk, but a process of developing awareness, strengthening connection to yourself and others, and supporting lasting improvements in your wellbeing, relationships, and sexual health
